This project The Slient Weight is an exploration of how emotion lives in the body and how fine art photography can capture those quiet, physical traces. Through photographing women in black-and-white images focused on form, gesture, and subtle expression, I’m looking at the weight each person carries in their own way. By paying attention to small details — a shift in posture, the way someone holds tension, the softness in a moment of rest — I’m using the language of fine art photography to show how our bodies communicate what we don’t always say out loud.
